City Avenue Al Reqqa Hotel

Breakfast was superb and very tasty. Different menus were served everyday which met my expectations. I love the hotel setting with the blue and white color, which makes it very classy and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very polite and delivered outstanding hospitality. And the room was awesome, cleaned everyday and with nice city view and planes taking off from DXB. Special thanks to Ms. Roma from the Reception for warmly welcoming us and offering an early check-in as requested. The fact that City Avenue Al Reqqa is located few minutes away from the Union metro station, it was very convenient for us to travel as the metro station consists of both the Red Line and Green Line; and to explore the beauty of Dubai. Another point about the hotel location is that at night, it is very lively with the Al Rigga Night Market, Al Ghurair Centre along with so many other restaurants.

The room was clean and nice, Soe the cleaner who always clean our room was very good helpful and always asking if we need something else I'm really happy with him.

The hotel is very clean, with very polite and helpful staff and great proximity to the night market that offers wide array of cuisines, shopping mall, restaurants and very close to union and Al rigga metro stations

Reception staff was welcoming & greetings very well & special thanks for mostafa from concierge for his assistance and smiling always even i saw him how he treat all families in same time with same smile and keep his eye on children.

AED 30 for an unlimited buffet was a good start for the day, the hotel is just opposite Al-Ghurair mall, where supermarkets and international fast food stalls are available. The hotel is just a cross over from the Union Metro, which is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff at the reception were very professional and friendly, I travelled early and they cleaned and facilitated an early check-in with no added fee, the cleaning was done on time and they even facilitated an late check-out.
